# Troubleshooting

If you are having issues where the video is playing but there is no audio, it is usually due to the fact that copyparty and the web browser in general is not able to pick up on the audio tracks that the mkv file contains

1. (preferred) Use this websites other dedicated streaming service [Jellyfin](/jellyfin), as it is able to correctly use audio tracks

2. Download the mkv file and view it locally, preferably on a dedicated media viewer such as [vlc](https://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html) or [mpv](https://mpv.io/)

## <span style="color:rgb(255, 50, 50)">Video not loading at all</span>
After testing out some videos and browsers it turns out that some browsers are just able to understand video codecs better than others

List of browsers with issues:
1. Firefox
2. Helium

Working browsers:
1. Chrome
2. Ungoogled chromium
3. Brave

1. Use one of the working browsers, (may still have issues with audio)

2. Use this websites other dedicated streaming service [Jellyfin](/jellyfin), as it does not rely on your browsers video transcoding
